10-2-10 -Scottsdale, AZ Cars and Coffee
This was a part of another thread so I'd thought I start a new one to see if there is anymore interest.
...Can I suggest we try to make a showing at the Scottsdale Cars and Coffee - Maybe we can set up our own Jaguar row. Anybody in?
Details from a recent JCCA update:
Event: Cars and Coffee
Date: Saturday, October 2, 2010
Time: 8:00 a.m.
Place: Shops at Gainey Village located on the southeast corner of Scottsdale & Doubletree Ranch Rd.
This is an informal gathering of auto enthusiasts and all makes of vehicles are invited. This event is brought to you by Scuderia Southwest, Scottsdale Exotic Car Club and the Arizona Lamborghini Club.

3:45 PM, October 1 - My car has gone into "Fail Safe Engine Mode" 4 times during the last 30 miles of a 1,200 mile road trip! - bad throttle postion sensor. Needless to say I cannot attend as the car is in the shop waiting for parts. Hopefully I will see everyone in December as I will be out of town during the November event.

Yup, those pics are from Buffalo, current XJR6 being near our downtown waterfront.
And yes, we definitely got lucky making the 2200 mile cross country move. We missed the hail storm by a day or 2 I believe. For my Tacoma to get pelted with hail I could accept and replace with another. The 60K mile XJR6...I might have gone into cardiac arrest...
Absolutely love it out here though. Been planning this move for quite some time!
