hello, felloe jag owners of the southwest i havea 1995 jag xj6, the other day the AC fan wouldnt kick on to high, i have check all fuses, the relay on the right side heelboard, it works when i turn ac on you cant take the top plastic hat off, it engaged, let me back up there cold air coming out fans are like at low speed, but too me very low, ac clutch engages, dryer is very cold too the touch, so i dont think its low, i had it evacuated, and new put in about 1.5 yrs ago becuase i had a leak in the service port with the red cap, so just replace both high and low side service ports. here somwhat of a werid thing, i've had problem with the fans for about 4 or 5 yrs they just stop blowwing like when new, so about 3 yrs ago i found a broken wire at the 2 wire trinary switch i call it, out where there is 2 switches right before the hose go into firewall, that really help, but fans still would have a 30 sec to 1 minute delay before spooling up. one other time over the last 3 or 4 yrs i spray the buttons on the panel with electronic cleaner that help, one of the button was sticky. so the day they quit blowing on high i push the recir button. then i went back to auto, no fans kick on to high. any suggestions.
