Default Can we get an OKC meet?

I know I'm not the only one in OKC, I've seen you guys driving around. Just wondering if we can get a meet planned and maybe get burgers or something. Would be nice to get to meet you all.... and you know who you are.

Sounds really good, might only be 3 or 4 the first time out, but I've seen meets like this grow to 30, 40 cars or more in time!

Why not pm some of the members you have in mind and ask their thoughts, see if they're up for it?

Dropping back here and bumping this thread a little helps to keep it live and a hot topic too

Good luck

I'm wondering if I have to set a date and time and see if anyone shows. If it's up to me then you're at the mercy of an old retired sailor's schedule LOL

Go see Katie at Euro-Tech in Edmond and she can hook you up with info for the local Jag club.

We have a great and active club in OKC. Please contact Steve Houtari at 740-5524 or our secretary Sarah Baxter at 794 9279.

We have a Concours d' Elegance planned for May along with many more activities throughout the year.

Meeting up at Cars&Coffee then going for lunch after is a great way of getting a group together. That's how we did it in the Lightning owners group, worked well.

I'm in Newalla. Out highway 9. May 19, 2013. We rode it out in the storm shelter.

I had to put of getting Gloria for six months while we fixed up the place. Nearly two years later she's sorted. She needs some road time.

Yup, I watched that monster go by 1 mile to the South of me as it headed into Moore...Just like the May 3rd, 1999 stormado

I didn't suffer any damage this year..although I have a battery powered TV and Radio now in my shelter..since I was practically living down there almost all of May.

Now as you know, we are being steamed to death with this heat and humidity.

Default Oklahoma City Jaguar Club

This is addressed to all the jaguar owners and enthusiasts in Oklahoma City and surrounding communities. We have a great Jaguar club here in Oklahoma City with over 50 active members. It is a social club dedicated to the enjoyment of sharing company with Jaguar owners. We do not have dedicated meetings but rather than that we drive to interesting places and enjoy lunches and dinners together. We do participate in the JCNA (Jaguar Clubs Of North America) Concours d' Elegance car shows in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio and Houston along with other special events that are of great to attend. September 5th we will be attending a car show in Yukon, OK. Sept the 19th we will be attending the Dallas Concours. In October we will be driving and taking a tour of the Astronaut Stafford's museum in Waterford, Ok. On the 17th we will be showing our cars at the Austin Concours followed by the Houston Concours the 24th. On November 7 we will be having a great Fall Fling at the Queen Wilhelmina Lodge in Arkansas. For a idea about our club check out our web site Central Oklahoma Jaguar Association. You can also email me dickathometwo@yahoo.com direct for information about our club. Hope to hear from you soon if you are interested in joining a great group of people for just plain enjoyment as well as help with your Jaguars if needed.

Can you give me any more information about the car show going on the 5th in Yukon? Tried googling around and couldn't find any info of one going on for preregistration and such.

Default Cars on display Sept 5 in Yukon

This is the annual event in Yukon titled this year on Facebook as "Yukon's Best main Street On Route 66". Our Jaguar Club "COJAC" has been invited to have our Jaguars on display from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. I have no idea as to how many of our club will be showing but we generally have a good turn out. I don't know if other car clubs have been invited. You might want to check it out on Facebook or give them a call at 324-5511.

It's at a vacant grocery store parking lot across from Braums...right?

I'm pretty sure I'm going to be there..I also am bringing a friend that has his own Jaguar repair shoppe in Moore..I think anybody who has a Jaguar here in town/area will be glad to meet him..see you all there.
