Default Car's and Cannoli Saturday, July 21st

Hey guys,

Come out and show some Jaguar pride in the lineup at this weekend's free Cars and Cannoli meet up!

I'll be there with my XKR. The program specifies cars of $100K MSRP or more, so I'd think they're looking for XKR, XKR-S, XKR-S GT, F-Type R, and SVR models. Not sure how firm they are - may also be able to get a recent model X150 NA XK in as well. Hope to see some of you out there!

Hmmm I might roll-up in the RS but last time I checked in about a year ago they said "not Jaguar" -- maybe there is a new definition? (Should I bring my window sticker? )

Hmm, well, maybe I spoke out of turn? The car guys I know invited me, and it's a free event. I figured that, while there was a bar set to limit cars, the rules stated a price range so as long as your car hit that, it should be OK.

I guess I'll find out tomorrow. I'm just trying to meet more of the forum members here so I'm not the only one with a Jag. Gotta get our numbers up to compete with the Porsche guys, haha.

I didn't make it to the event this morning, but the guy in the F-Type R who ran with us last weekend made it in, and apparently a white one did too. I talked to some of the guys who went and they said it's sort of an arbitrary decision from the owner of the company hosting at the time of entrance.

I would love to go next time so post back up to remind us. Hopefully it's not 110 in August!
