3. Seller agreed to pre sale inspection at Moorespeed in Austin.

Here is the problem:
Seller is impatient and going to sell to dealership for like 71k on Saturday!
I am out of state for work.

Wish seller would wait like 2 weeks for me to be back in town.
I have plenty of funds and will just sell some stock, but timing really sucks
I am afraid this thing will instantly be market up to 82k and then sell 75-78k maybe?
So frustrating to end up wasting $5-8k to buy it from dealer.
Seller is wealthy web developer type and prolly doesn't want hassle of dealing with used buyers.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Any thoughts on valuation?
76k too low for private party buy offer?
I cant find any white 17-18 this nice and low miles...
