When to change fluids and tires in a low mileage xk8?

My 2006 XK8 is lightly driven with under 12k miles to date. How often should I change out the fluids like brake and transmission and coolant? What about the fuel filter and air filter? When should the spark plugs be replaced? The car is 17 years old but drives great. It gets a yearly oil and oil filter change with a good synthetic oil like Castrol or Mobil 1.

Also, the current tires are 7 years old with only 5k miles on them. Should I pitch them? The ride seems more harsh with more road noise but the tread is like new. The Arizona summer heat could be taking a toll on the rubber too. Thanks.

An opinion of tyres from other members in US Southwest Region is relevant as I agree the summer heat will shorten their life. However, the maintenance requirements do not vary and you would do better to ask about fluid and filter changes in XK8/XKR model forum.

Tires should be replaced between 5 to 6 years. For performance tires, 5 years should be the max. The rubber hard ends over time, and loses traction.
