power seat issue

power seat issue
I have a 1993 XJ6 and my passenger seatback tends to go all the way back all by itself intermittently? what could be the cause of this? I was thinking of several possibilities, bad ground,sticky relay, faulty control unit, short ??
has anyone experienced this?
