So Cal jaguar meet
Queen's English - SUNDAY, March 18, 2012
Lets touch base and coordinate.
The past few years I've taken my '64 mini there - I recall that the organizers sort vehicles into the various marques so i'm guessing they will have already marked out a spot. Last year I think there were about 20 or so Jaguars. Jay Leno always turns up at some point during the mornig with one of his spectacular British classics. Its a fun, casual event.
A couple of friends of mine are organizing a meet for interesting cars next weekend. The meeting is at Victoria Gardens Mall in Rancho Cucamonga.
Based on last month's event there promise to be lots of exotica - Ferraris, Lambos, Bentleys and only 1 Jaguar. Please join me in representing this most noble of British marques.

There will be a photographer in residence (that would be me) and possibly also a videographer. After the main meet CNC Motors, in Ontario, will be hosting a Barbeque. I will photograph everything that moves during the meet and then will take a variety of other shots afterwards including freeway shots and a couple of planned locations:

A group of San Diego Jag owners and a few of us from Los Angeles are meeting in Coronado at a large sports bar of which I am a partner, this Sunday at noon. It's a fun restaurant and will have all of the football playoff games as well as other sporting events playing as well. We're going to meet for lunch and then watch the games. Anyone from Southern California is welcome, I just need a head count so I can reserve some tables. So far, we have about a dozen attending.
The restaurant address is:
Coronado Firehouse Bar and Grill
126 Orange Ave.
Coronado, CA 92118
Please let me know if you're interested.

I don't know if this is still going on or not as I just joined the forum. I would be very interested in seeing if anyone else is in San Diego or nearby and would like to connect once a month. Please keep me posted.
Hello, new guy here. Anybody going to this on Sunday? I usually attend the French & Italian show they have every first Sunday of November, this will be a first for me:

For anyone interested, there'll be a group of Eurocars racing at K1 Speed (19038 S Vermont Ave, Gardena, CA 90248) this morning. You can come to hang out to chat cars and also check out the gokart racing, we'll be there at 9:45AM.
They have Cars & Coffee in Irvine tomorrow (Saturday) morning at 5:30am (get there early for parking). I agree I would rather cruise the cars though, but unfortunately for me today I was on the 91 freeway and a damn metal pole bounced on the freeway and hit my bonnet and windshield. I have really bad scratches now that need to be taken care of before I take my baby out again. =(
The Jaguar Owners Club has members from all over Southern California, owners of Jaguars from the 1930s to 2014. Events monthly. It is affiliated JCNA.
