As title suggests, where did you buy your Intake Manifold Tuning (IMT) o-rings? I'm coming up on 90K miles and when I take off the intake manifold to replace the spark plugs I want to replace the IMT o-rings as well. Thanks. Scott
PS I have a 2000 s-type 3.0 and have had no problems with it. It is completely stock except for the 8 CD changer I installed myself.

Those are best if purchased from a dealer, order online from nalley Jagaur a site sponsor if need be. Replace the upper and lower intake manifold oring(gaskets) too. That year sux for oring longevity. Also replace all pieces for the oil vapor system, upper and lower elbows plus the straight rubber piece between the 2
Brutal - Thanks for the quick response and info as always. I've been reading your many helpful posts. I have the IM o-rings and gaskets, but didn't know about oil vapor system. I'll check out the service manual and educate myself about that. I'll call both the local Ford and Jaguar dealerships and see if they stock the part(s).

I just changed mine and the dealership in livermore had mine in stock. I have an 03 s-type 3.0. I drove over from modesto, it's the closest dealer to modesto.

It went great I just took my time. I changed the spark plugs, valve cover gaskets, IMT o-rings, and intake o-rings. I recommend going back over some of the older posts about the o-rings and check on any procedures. I found them to be very helpful. My next project is to fix my ac module and oil pressure switch. Good luck
