We ship USPS priority mail for all shipment with tracking # (usually takes 3-4 business days after shipment date)
1.) For all orders placed before 3pm PST Mon-Fri, orders will be shipped SAME business day

Here is what I would do Michelle, i'd subscribe to all new posts in the x-type section, keeping an eye on threads dealing with HIDs. Then, give some advice, link to your vendor post, and let them start contacting you. You are correct, not alot of subscribers to the vendor for sale areas.
