I've sent two parts request emails to Nalley recently on their website,and have yet to hear a word back from them. I think that we need Dan back!

I've sent multiple too and haven't heard anything back from them either. It's been over a week.

 

As SCMike mentioned in post #19, Nalley has been sold to Hennessey Jag/LR. I picked up my car from the SD on Thursday and was told the transition would be complete by mid June.

Nalley is winding down its operation so perhaps that has something to do the slow response.

calling their parts line is the best way to reach them right now, and everything is still running smoothly and consistently in regards to order processing. I had a part ordered on a thursday, they had to have it shipped to them, a weekend and holiday passed (Memorial Day) and I still received it 7 days later (only four business days). A+ in my book. Steve, Mark and Mac are still working the parts department and answering the phones.

 

I just received an email from Nalley today after inquiring about a part, saying that they are no longer in operation. Apparently the Jaguar part of the franchise was sold to North Point Land Rover in Roswell, Ga. Not sure how this will affect our forum sponsorship and discount. Mayber our moderators can help us out with some info.

Thanks for your inquiry. Nalley Jaguar ceased operations yesterday. Our parent company has sold the Jaguar franchise to North Point Land Rover in Roswell, Ga... At this point it is unclear if North Point Land Rover will continue this program with the Jaguar Forums members. Please monitor the Jag forums web site for updates as they become available.

I was told by the parts guys at Nalley that Jaguar of Greenville would give the same discounts as Nalley. Call Jason there at 864-288-7575. Let us know what happens.

 

I've been to the new Hennessy Jaguar / North Point Land Rover dealership (which acquired Nalley Jaguar) to order a few things and they honored the Nalley forums discounts. I worked with Barry, specifically, and he was great.

There are two Hennessy Jaguar dealerships that I know of in Atlanta; one is in Buckhead (where I bought my car) and the new one is in Alpharetta. The Alpharetta location is the one that acquired Nalley Jaguar and honored the previous Nalley Jaguar forum discount (not to say the Buckhead location wouldn't, I just haven't asked). And, at least a few of the people from the former Nalley Jaguar dealership made the transition to the new Hennessy Jaguar in Alpharetta, like Pete in the service department (great guy). As far as the parts department at the new Hennessy Jaguar dealership goes, I'm not positive that anyone made the transition from Nalley, although I think a few did. But, I did order a few things from Barry McClure at the new Hennessy Jaguar and he was incredibly nice and helpful, while doing his best to learn the new Jaguar parts and computer system (different than Land Rover's, apparently), and he said they would honor the Nalley Jaguar forum discount (which he did). At some point, they might be updating their website, business cards, etc. to reflect that they've acquired Jaguar, but below is the information I received from my visit 2 weeks ago:
