I have to say I was quite surprised to learn today that I already had an account setup on this website???? Of course none of my usual passwords worked ...
So I finally requested a new password reset and that fixed the situation but I still can't order anything because it doesn't like my address for some mysterious reason?
So I can't get a quote and order the part.

The website isn't exactly easy to use either.

Frankly it's a mess. It won't accept my valid address so I can't order anything. Genius ...

Edit: I was able to utilize my wife's email and go the temporary order route but I'd like to get this fixed so it would use the account someone automatically set up for me as that has the correct email address.

 

It seems strange that 'someone' has automatically setup an account for you with S N G Barratt unless you have previously placed an order with them. The simplest way to resolve any ordering difficulties has to be either to eMail or telephone S N G Barratt.

Oh I agree. Account mystery solved though. It's true that while I've never ordered anything for my Jag from them ... I did order an Otter thermostatic fan switch as used on older Jags but that was for my Lamborghini!
That was also quite a while ago.
At that time they apparently butchered my address by changing "-" to "*" in the street address line so I suspect there's still an issue with that. Very odd. So a call is definitely in order.
