Air Suspension VS Springs
So I just wanted to ask whoever replies to this. What do you like more air suspension or springs, and why do you like whichever you speak of? I know kind of random I personally don't know any differences between these suspensions.

for me it depends what your looking for. typically lowering springs are stiffer than your oe springs. so you will have a lower center of gravity, and stiffer springs to prevent body roll which is better for handling and grip.
coilovers are in simple terms are adjustable struts in a sense. most have a threaded sleeve that you can adjust for height, some have different springs for different applications, and you can control your dampening and rebound on the good ones.
air suspension in my opinion is just for the looks of having your ride slammed.
i have a subaru forester with coilovers and even though its an suv it handles better than my brother subaru impreza thats stock but more of a "sports" car.
