What is the factory offset for stock 99 xjr wheels. What happens if the offset of my new wheels does not match that of factory wheels. does it affect the vehicle much?

A change in offset will affect your suspension and steering geometry.

A 0.25 inch change is probably not much to worry about.

Be aware that changing offsets will also affect tire clearance.

tirerack.com might have some FAQ articles and offset charts to help you.

BTW, if you change to a wider wheel/tire combination without changing offset, the geometry does not change. Tire clearance is another matter.

Stock offset is 33.
