X-type Chip
abritinga, the part that you reference is a classic spin on an old "performance trick". Why spend $70 on that unit when you can essentially do the same thing buying a $1 resistor at Radio Shack. All that box is doing is tricking the ECU into thinking there is different temperature air coming into the engine that what there really is.
ON a side note, keep in mind that the stock transfer case can barely handle the stock engine with a stock tune. If you are looking to increase power, you are looking at potentially damaging your transfer case. This has been a long standing discussion here and how to get more power safely. THe motor is capable of big numbers. Unfortunately, the transfer case can not handle that power.

Thanks Thermo
Am aware of the fragile transfer case, i was really looking for better fuel economy as i am not a heavy right foot but i average 23 mpg, which i know is not too bad but with 500 miles a week on the Jag i would like more, but then don't we all.
