Did you take it to the dealer on Frankfort Ave? I have a guy that use to work for Jag, now works for Mazda who works on my cat on the side. He has no garage, so he has some problems working extra during the winter. If you can't get it fixed, contact me and I will get hold of my mechanic and have him call you.
Which part of Louisville do you live in? I live out Dixie Hwy, in PRP.

The only times I've had any of my vehicles idle above 1,500rpm's was utilizing the SAME gaskets again, or simply not seating the gaskets or piece removed back to the vehicle properly.
I suspect your gaskets or 'seating' of the manifold or gaskets is the culprit. a leak will crank your idle up. You need to replace gaskets any time you remove the intake manifold. there will be vehement controversy regarding this, but it indeed is a legitimate maintenance.
