Default 02 X-Type Misfiring on all 6!

Hi guys hope I can find some help. I just recently got me a 2002 X-Type 3.0 for $800 doallrs. I took the car today to a general mechanic buddy of mine to just check up on the CEL. The guy I bought the car from told me that the car only needed the spark plugs to be replaced and that's all the car really needed.

The car has 97k miles on it. It drives awesome but the only thing I notice is that it shakes only when its cold. No rough idle, once I drive the car down the road and its heats up, its perfectly fine.

So these are the codes that came up:

P0300 Random misfire detected

P0301 Cylinder 1 Misfire

P0302 Clyinder 2 Misfire

P0303 Cylinder 3 Misfire

P0304 Cylinder 4 Misfire

P0305 Cylinder 5 Misfire

P0306 Cylinder 6 Misfire

P1316 Misfire rate excess emissions

P1646 Heated oxygen sensor control module, bank 1, open/shorted

P1647 Heated oxygen sensor control module, bank 2 , open/shorted

P0480 Cooling fan 1 control circuit

P1146 Generator C line low input

P1244 Generator C line high input

P1260 Security Input

P1582 Flight recorder data is stored

P1632 Generator charge system failure/generator 'load' feedback circuit failure

I really like the car so I wanted to see what I learn here to see if I either repair the vehicle or just sale the thing and get my money back. Thanks in advance for your help.

Also, I forgot to mention that all codes were cleared and they popped right back up. I also noticed something that sounded like an air leak coming from behind the intake manifold.

Remove inlet ,renew, or use silicone gasket maker, all your problems will be gone, just like me a couple of days ago.

Wow. Okay, sounds like it makes perfect sense. Well I'm taking the car back to the shop tomorrow to remove the manifold and replacing the gasket then. Might as well check out the plugs while I'm there. They might be factory ones anyways.

Even a leak you can't hear (the usual kind) is problematic so one you can is a big problem. Fix it and see if all is well.

Fuel trims show leaks...

Here’s a video of the leak. I tried my best to catch the sound.
