I'm having a problem with my '04.. it's a 3.0 AWD with the upgraded touch screen NAV/Audio package.

The problem I'm having is that every once in a while the touch screen will go black and the entire system will shut down.

Then the climate control system then blasts hot air to the windshield and there is an error code displayed on the screen for the CD player which reads either C1 S1 S0 or C1 S1 S2 (maybe it's 51 52...but you get the idea)

None of the buttons or controls will work during this time.

It's fairly intermittant and there doesn't seem to be any way to fix it that I can see other than to wait for it to come back online. (I've tried shutting off the car and waiting a few minutes but it's no use)

Does anyone know what this problem is?

 

Think I read about similar problem on the .co.uk forum and it was the Nav unit in the boot if I remember.Might be worth you searching on there if no one on here knows
