Glissman, first off, welcome to the forums. I think you will find a lot of very useful information around here. But, we do ask (call it JagForum courtesy) that you also submit a posting in the "New Member" forum. Lets us get to know you a little bit and I think you will find it rewarding too.
As for your question, get some brand name double platinum plugs. NGK, Champion, Bosch, etc. Don't worry about trying to get the special "multi-spark" plugs like the Splitfires or the Bosch +4's as they don't provide any benefit to our cars. From my personal point of view, all they do is lighten your wallet.
As for other things you may want to do as this same time, you may want to consider getting a new gasket set for the upper half of the intake manifold. The gaskets are only like $15 or so, but these are not required as the factory gaskets are reuseable. The other thing that I would recommend is getting what are called "IMT O-rings". If you look on the side of the intake, you will see 2 black caps on the passenger side. These are known to leak over time and cause a vacuum leak. Since you have the upper half of the intake manifold off, now is the time to replace those as this is as easy as it will get. The o-rings are around $3 each (2 required).
After that, not much else that you will need unless you are planning a complete tune up.
