2.1 petrol manual petrol transmission fluid

Hi. Could anyone help me by telling me the correct grade or brand of transmission fluid for a 2002 2.1l petrol manual car. Also, how much lube does it take? Thanks in advance.

Phoned up jaguar, they wanted £29 per litre but could not telling email hen specs of the oil as they did not have one in stock.
