2.5 x-type sounds like a rod knock

My x-type makes a knocking noise only under light throttle and it has to be moving. It wont make the noise sitting still power braking. I saw a TSB for a revised motormount. Has anyone had the same problem?

what are you filling your cat with. I did have the same sound when i used to fill up with anything apart from premium fuel (v-power).

I only use supreme fuel.

I only have 64K on her. Does anyone know what cylinder connecting rod bearing commonly fails on these 2.5 motors?
