Default 2001 3.0 V6, lack of power

Hi fellas, please help me

Short intro, my car is Jag 2001 x type 3.0, i have these two problems which drives me insane:
1. Big lack of power. When I accelerate maximum, it doesn't go as it has 170kW, looks like 90-110.. I drove my friends BMW 2003 145kW and it has certainly more power when accelerating.
2. When I accelerate 50-60% the car runs better then accelerating at 100%
3. After the night (around 0 celcius) when I turn up my car rpm drops till car goes off. Check engine light starts blinking. Until engine is warm and turns from gasoline to steam fuel (don't know how it's in english) it has strange noise and acceleration is weird.
Thank you for your time and help.

Blinking (aka flashing) MIL means misfires so bad they are damaging the cat(s) - DO NOT KEEP LETTING THAT HAPPEN or it will get very expensive.

You may have an air leak (see threads about fuel trims) and/or bad coils and/or (less likely) bad plugs or some other fault.
