I need to confirm that this pictures signifies a leak from the upper radiator hose with thermostat.

Yes. It's leaking from the block, around that connection.
Same place mine was leaking from…
Here's a video on that issue.

I am unable to find the second part. Also, so that means the whole hose does not need to be replaced correct? Thanks again.
