I ordered a 2004 lincoln ls 3l motor with 124k miles and its coming in in three days im wanting to know about the water pump and camshaft deal i dont know what to do with that from other threads ive heard you have to change the camshaft from the old motor to the new one is that all or am i missing something please help

Yeah that's the one but do i just replace the camshaft and the waterpump or just the camshaft? Im lost
