Default 2002 X-Type
Please help! While listening to the radio or CD, the radio/CD will just mute.

Mute on apprearsonthe screen for about 5 to 10 secs and then the radio/CD will come back on.

Please help

Do you have the controls on the steering wheel?..Try pressing the the phone button on and off a couple of times to see if that may be partially sticking on.
