2002 X-Type Ipod?
Hello All, this is my first post here.
Im looking into getting a used 2002 X-Type, but would want to install Subs and iPod integration into the audio system. I was wondering if there was any way to get a direct ipod line into the stock head unit? I have seen kits to allow the replacement of the S-Type's CD changer with an iPod port, but dont seem to find anything on the X-Type....
Any help would be great!
Thanks!

Finding that solution will be as difficult as seeing an SR71 in flight. Other than the Jag offered ACM, I have found nothing.
Checked at dealer last weekend on the ACM, and he said he has had one on order for 7 months and still has not received it.
I also have seen the S Type setup, but I have no idea if it will work on our head units. Seems we need a resident audio guru on this forum. Someone that may be able to rig up an Aux input via the CD Changer port ^^

1) do a quick search - we just went over this (again)
2) FM transmitters generally suck
3) ACM probably best option with keeping factory headunit and getting the most functionality. Cassette adapter works well but clunky to use. The S-type setup won't work to my knowledge.
4) Standard audio system speakers are decent at best, aftermarket replacements generally will perform better with the OEM headunit. Pop off the door panels.
