2002 X-type 2.5 99,000 miles.

Received a p1314 and p0306 code. Replaced the coil and plug for cylinder 6. Once it was all back together the code and check engine light were still on. Cleared the codes and now I am left with a p1000. I understand this is normal for at least 200 miles after clearing the codes. The check engine light is still on and from what I understand a p1000 should not trigger the check engine light. I also still have a miss but there is no code indicating it now. Any suggestions?
