I tried to book an appointment for my 150,000 mile service for two days. Finally got through, after jokely said what's the deal? Do you have a recall? The Service guy said " As a matter of fact we do." Has something to do with the ECM. A letter sent out by Jaguar says takes only 30 minutes to fix. However, most people don't realize it takes 90 minutes for the engine to cool down before they can replace the parts. Don't plan on waiting for a 30 minute fix & go.

 

they replace parts? i thought they just plug the car in and update the software?
