Is there a list somewhere that shows how to arm and disarm features of the Alarm system in a 2004 3.0 X-Type?

Specifically I would like (if possible at all) to have the alarm arm itself after I leave the car. My older 2 cars had this feature... not sure if the alarm in the x-type is capable.

When I leave he car Id be haapier knowing if i forget tto set the alarm it will arm itself like 30 seconds or even minutes after I leave... peace of mind :-)

In either case a list of the alarm codes and features would be nice have.
