Welcome to the forum Angel, I've moved your post to the tech section.

Don't forget that intro in the New Member Area

Bought a set of four, front and rear, OEM Bilsteins from eshock.com...

See this link: https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...-parts-102623/

Thermo was exactly right!

Angel, eshocks.com is going to have some of the best prices that you will find. As for what shocks to get, you have 2 choices. You can go with the cheapy Monroes or you can go with Bilstiens (which most of us have gone with). If you choose the Bilstiens, you will find that there are 3 options. You have comfort, Sport, and heavy duty. Your car was built with the Bilstien Comfort shocks from the factory (Jaguar just puts their own sticker on the shock and calls it theirs). The heavy duty shocks are probably overkill for most applications, but if you plan on taking it to the track to play with, they will do you wonders. You can also go with the Sports as they will be the cross between the heavy duty and the Comforts (leaning more towards the Comforts).

By the way, what part of MD are you in? I am down near California. If you ever need any help, let me know and I am sure we can arrange something.

What kind of wheels & tires do you have?

There's a fairly noticeable difference in ride quality (comfort-wise) between my 16"+205/55 winter tires and 17"+225/45 summer tires.
