Default 2004 X-Type 3.0AWD starter replacement

My starter went out on my 2004 X-Type. I read in some forums that on Manual Trans cars its pretty easy but on Auto Trans its more difficult. Does anyone have some pointers on how to get this done?

I've done that, it's not hard if you got a pair of small hands (so every thing on the X-Type), remove some bracket around there, need some ratchet extenders, push some wiring harness aside to make room, remove two bolts that attack the starter to the fly wheel housing, pull the starter out, remove the battery cable, (sorry , you must disconnected the battery first)
