When you say the car won't turn over do you mean the starter won't crank it. To determine if the engine is seized from overheating you need to try to turn it over by hand at the crankshaft.
Is the battery in good condition and the connections tight.
We need a bit more info to be of help.

When the battery is low you will get a lot of different messages on the console. Trans fault, asc not available, cruise control not available. You need to get a charge on the battery and start from there.
If the anti-freeze coolant is frozen then you have more water than anti-freeze. You will need to get that thawed out before you can start trouble shooting.

Dugre, while you were driving it with the warning like on (I am assuming you mean the red light) what did the engine sound like? Did it sound normal or did it start to sound like a lot of metallic rattling? How did it stop running? Did it stop on its own while you were driving or did you pull over and stop the engine yourself?

What kind of coolant level do you have in the car right now? What about the oil level and does the oil look all milky in color?
