2004 X type trip reset

How do you reset the trip odometer on a 2004 Jaguar X type?

Press and hold the button on the end of the turn signal stalk/switch/lever or whatever it is called. Maybe two or three seconds.

Ronnie, I know on my 2003 X-Type, if you look under the headlight switch, you will see 3 buttons there. The middle button says "RESET". Depress that for about 3 seconds. You will see the message center say "RESETING TRIP" and once that clears, the trip distance will be reset to 0. Keep in mind that it will also reset the corresponding average MPG/KPL setting too. It resets everything for Trip A or Trip B.
