I would start with trying to eliminate issues. I would first start with simply rolling the key to the RUN position and seeing if you can hear the fuel pump run for a second or so. This will tell you if you are getting sufficient fuel pressure to allow the car to run. After taking the few seconds for this check, then turn the key to the START position and look down at the center console. Do you see a bright red light there? If yes, you have lost the programming to your key to allow the car to start. If you have a spare key, see if the second key will start the car. If neither works, let us know. After a 5 second crank of the engine, if you get out, can you smell fuel coming from the exhaust system? If you are unsure or don't smell any, then I would say to spray some starter fluid into the intake and then attempt to start the car. If it catches and runs for a second or so, then this confirms a fuel issue.

Based on what I know about the X-Type, I think you are going to find that the fuel pump is going to be your issue. If you have a second person, have them attempt to start the car as you give the gas tank a good whack. You want to be by the right rear tire and if you look at the gas tank, you will see a half moon indention in the tank. Give the center of that half moon the good whack as the car is cranking over. If the car starts shortly there after, bad fuel pump.

Whats odd is fuse 30 is for the starter motor but the car cranks, try checking for power at the distribution center to see if any of the high amp fuses have blown as that might be the problem especially with that dtc, Auxiliary vacuum pump, transmission control module corresponding to fuse 5 might prevent the car from starting. As thermo suggested, might be a fuel issue as well, might want to check the interior fuse box as well.

sorry, was looking at the wrong model year fuse box diagram but still sounds like an electrical issue to me

Try to check inertia switch.

Next: crankshaft sensor.
