Default 2005 X type: ABS & Engine Malfunction

Car ABS light came on, then engine light. Any suggestions...

You need to have the codes read and give us a starting point. They may be connected or incidental to each other. Only the codes will tell.

Buy a scanner it will come in handy, then you can do it yourself.

So, I took it to my mechanic and he came up with codes 1111 and 1145. His scanner could not complete so the car is now at a Jaguar specialist. It seems to be the ABS system sensor. Waiting on estimate..
