Hi i have just purchased a 2009/2010 map and update and when i insert dvd its starts and shows screen "preparing to load update" then it gives an update but after around 30 sec it just reboots ans starts all over again ?

any help as this is driving me mad ????as can insert ah map with 8.30 update and this installs fine just a little slow but with ah disc it will not allow me to plan long journeys as says unable to load but if i plan shorter distances around 80 miles it works finne

I would call Navtec as they have great customer service. I got a new disc from them a few weeks ago and had no trouble installing it but did call them to make sure that I was doing it correctly before I started as there were no included instructions. Go someone quickly and who was knowledgable with the car and product.
