Default 2009 XF wheels on 02 x type??

Whats up guys, im looking for some info to see if 19" xf wheels will fit on my 02 xtype. I have a bent wheel and its needs to be replaced so for a bit more money i would be able to get these. I couldnt find much info, appreciate the help, thanks

chuckdog, the wheels will physically bolt up to your car. The problem that you are going to have is that the overall tire diameter is going to be too much, resulting in rubbing. SO, you can use the rims, but you will still end up getting new rubber for on the rims to make it all work. Please keep in mind that I am runing off of memory on this, so, hopefully someone else can confirm what I am thinking.

yea i was worried about rubbing with the tires. I guess ill try to find some 18s,,,thanks for the input

Just get the 19s and buy some 225/35/19 tires for them. They will bolt up. I have XF 20s on my X-Type now.

Sorry to bring a old thread up, but how would these XF wheels looks on a silver X Type?
Also are they even XF wheels?

Those look like XK wheels. I think they are 8s in front and 9s in back. I'd put 235/35/19s on them all and they should be fine without any spacers or fender rolling. Do you have lowering springs or is your car stock height?

Default Fitting XF 17's to mine...

I'm fitting a set of 17" XF wheels to my X-Type this weekend with sport springs. I wanted the extra .5" width and keep the wheel diameter so I get more tire on them. Let you know how it goes later...
