Default ABS & DSC Fault

This may be a silly question, but I need to ask anyway:

I have just replaced Brake Pads all round, front & back, I have replaced the rear drivers (Right side) Brake caliper as was siezed on the handbrake, I have bled the brake system to what I thought was correct,
Now when I turn engine on I have got ABS light on and a message says DSC Fault, the brake pedal doesn't feel as firm as it originally was, and if I hold my foot on it, it starts to go to floor, I am sure I still have air in the system, I have done an OBD check and there are no codes present except P1000
my question is :- can air in the system cause ABS light and DSC fault to come on?

any reply would be of great help, thanks in advance
Rod

I have also just noticed today the hand brake light comes on when I move even though the handbrake is off, with the engine off but ignition on the handbrake light goes off when I release handbrake.
I have read elswhere on this forumn that Mass air flow sensor can cause these sysmptons, does this make sense?

Many Thanks
Rod
