Hi. I own a 59 plate X type 2.2. Last year I had a refurbed turbo charger fitted after the power dipped and the Gear Box Fault flashed up along with the warning light. Cost £730.00. I have now got a similar problem, though intermittent, with the Gear Box Fault occasionally flashing up, along with the warning light, although the power dip is not so severe. Any advice as I thought once a turbocharger packed in that was it. Could it be a dodgy sensor? This refurbed turbo charger has been on 10 month and 10000 miles so I guess I have comeback with the garage. The only problem is the garage is 40miles away. Probably pay me to have a diagnostic done first?
