Default After resetting sunroof, it doesn't seem to tilt open as high as before?

I suddenly started having the problem on my 2004 that many people have had where I would tilt down the sunroof to close it and as soon as it closed it would tilt open again. I went though the button-holding reset process but afterward it seems to me that the sunroof doesn't tilt open as much as it did before. Did I do something wrong? It's almost like its new fully tilted state is only half open. I tried resetting it a few times afterward and it was the same every time.

Default My History with The Jag X Type Sunroof

Hello! Tread Lightly with your sunroof. Everytime I started my car I had to re-set my sunroof so that it would properly function. Then one day....I re-set the runroof and it "flew" back into the room. So far that I had to get a pair of plyers and attempt to pull it out. I simply restarted the car and the sunroof seemed...seemed to properly function. But I am not taking any chances. I do not open the roof anymore. I love my Jag, but don't want to have it stuck in the "open" position and needing to get it fixed. I would rather have it closed. Just a word of caution! Good luck.
