I was inspired by the angry hoods on the E46 M3's...

All you need is heavy duty black 'decal material' and a good heat gun.... VERY difficult to mold around the top of the 'eyes.' Just be patient, lightly warm and stretch the material.
I lined up one large piece across both eyes so that they look even from lens to lens, then cut the large piece down the middle between the two.

 

I tried to make mine look angry, but they came out angry/sleepy. Same boeser Blick inspiration though.

It's German for "angry look." Germans have been using it since the early 1990's or possibly earlier. "Tief und Breit" (lowered and wide) is another common term for what we've recently coined as "stanced" here in the States.

What is the bulb type for the egg yolk removal? I assume it's a reflective-coated amber bulb, correct? 1157?

 

indeed 1157. did that the day I brought it home. do the rears too if you have not yet. those should be 1156 as I recall.
