I have scanned all the forums before posting this question and I have collected all the data (below the question) which I believe should be sufficient to answer the questions:-

If I purchase this component from EBAY and have it installed, will I be able to pair my phone with my factory Audio system in my Jaguar? Please note the seller is from the United States (I’m not sure if this will have compatibility issues)

The things that look like "speakers" in the overhead console are actually just the glass break sensors for the enhanced security system.

The bluetooth uses the audio system's speakers for sound and should come with a separate microphone that mounts along the headliner/pillar near the driver.

 

Sorry that was a typo - I meant 'Microphones' in the overhead console near the interior lights...
