Alvin, stop by your local auto parts store (more specifically one that tends to carry a larger range of auto paints) and see if you can find a can of 3M Upholstery Adhesive. From there, I would recommend pulling the pillar pieces off that have the fabric separating and then you simply cover up the parts of the pillar that are still good with like newspaper (prevent getting glue where you don't want it), spray the loose fabric backing and the pillar plastic, let it set about 20 seconds and then lay the fabric back down. Should be good. I used this on my headliner a few years ago and it is still holding the headliner in place. Keep the pieces inside where it is warm for an hour or so and all will be good in the future.

The demisters are usually available on eBay. I bought a pair for around $40. The little pegs to secure them are around $2 each.

3M works good. But there is a fine line in the amount you need. If you spray too much it will soak through the cloth and look terrible. If you don't put enough it will just pull away in a few days.

Practice spraying on some other cloth and on cardboard to get he hang of spraying evenly and to see how much comes out. It does work well once you get the hang of it.
