Okay so while unloading my ski gear today, i thought Id take a look at the rear lights. When I was pulling the carpet back, I noticed a plastic covering over the the inside edge of the bumper where the hook in the trunk door meets the latching/protruding metal rod. The screws in this are all missing, wtf. ANyways I went to remove it and it just falls off now the trunk requires..alot of effort to close.

I also notice Im missing a tow hook, and there a weird plastic piece, brand new sitting under it, covered in bubble wrap with the jaguar tags torn off what it is?

Anybody else missing parts?

I was rear ended, and they just buffed the paint out.
