Default Anyone know what this Means?

This has only happened to me in school, its only happened two times.
I turn my car on but the RPM stays at 0 and my break pedal is stiff and the gas pedal doesn't make the car move it also feels stiff but if i turn the car off and back on it will work perfectly fine.

Charm, the next time this happens, wiggle the key some while in the RUN position and see if that makes things act differently. It is possible that your key is not making contact on all the positions of the switch and is therefore leading to issues. Keep in mind that in the RUN position, there are like 5 contacts that have to make up to get power everywhere it needs to go. So, the loss of a single contact can create problems in only a few things.

if that doesn't fix things, let me know and I will dig deeper into it and see what I can find that is common to everything.
