My ashtraybroke so I got a new one off ebay. Does anyone have instructions and/or agraphic picture (maybe from the JTIS manual) on how to replace it? Thanks inadvance.

You have to pop up the J gate cover spring clips carefully to gain access to the screws.
Easy replacement unless you only bought part of the assembly. I took mine apart to remover the veneered cover as I needed room for 12v multi supply adaptor - bit of a 3D jigsaw puzzle but intuitive nevertheless.

Khsmith, don't laugh but I used tip of a butter knife from kitchen to pry an edge then it comes up easily by hand. Just slight pressure will release that assembly covering j gate
