Automatic Transmission - Question

Automatic Transmission - Question
Hello everyone.
I am currently driving a 2.5 AWD Automatic.
I am happy with the car and we start to like each other but I do have a dilema:
When I am switching from P (Parking) to R (Reverse) it seems that my shifter is pinching or rubbing ( I hope I spell it correctly) against something.
When outside is warmer is not that bad but when it was cold that wasn't to pleasant. Sometimes I do have the feeling that soon something inside it will fail... Same thing is happening when you go back, from R to P.
I do believe is one of the components that are under the central console, not a transmission thing. The transmission was replaced, it has 60.000km on it so I do not think is a problem with it.
If one of you experienced something like this before or one of our great technician in here can give me an advice, I will be really grateful for any reply.
Thank you.

Hmmm, let me look into my new crystal ball...
She says.." pull the plate on the tranny that protects the cable and make sure the bolts are secure. If they are then pull the side panels around the console and make sure the cable is fully locked into the shifter. If thats okay suspect the park release solenoid might be interferring with the shifter" past that she said youre on your own

Brutal thank you very much.
"pull the plate on the tranny that protects the cable and make sure the bolts are secure."
Is this in the engine compartment?
"If they are then pull the side panels around the console and make sure the cable is fully locked into the shifter"
Well I will try to open everything today and see if I can understand what do you mean.
"If thats okay suspect the park release solenoid might be interferring with the shifter"
Now, how that solenoid looks like?
I was thinking that maybe one plastic part that I can see in there is worn-out or something.
However I will try as much as possible to understand your advice.
I never did that but I will give it a try.
Thank you again!
PS
What kind of grease they use in there (central console mechanism)? The white one..
I was thinking to wash everything properly and oput a new grease in there.

Tracus, I think Brutal is talking about remove the top of the center console so you can look down along the shaft of the shifter. Like Brutal mentioned, I would be placing money on the parking solenoid. You don't mention it doing it in any other gear moves (ie, N to D, etc). The center console piece is held in place with some friction clips. So, gently pull up and all will be good. You will also need to remove the handle off of the shift lever to get the center console out of the way.
