Default Awd?

hey guys, I have 2002 x type 2.5 and I might have to sell the car pretty soon =( but buyer want to know for sure if my 2.5 is AWD or not, he think its not so he wanted to reduce price and i dont know much about jaguars and i only had for about 3 weeks lol.. is all 02 x type 2.5 AWD or just certain model??

The car is AWD, they are were so no worries.

Isn't there a trim piece on the back of the car that says "AWD"? If so, is that not good enough for him? Or couldn't the guy just peek under the car real quick? If he's smart enough to "know" what it doesn't have, if he takes a look underneath he would see he is sadly mistaken.

The 03 I owned didn't have an AWD emblem on the back. The 06 that replaced the 03 did.

the fuirst gen's don't have it, only certain ones in euro are 2 wheel, the guy sound slike a morroon

yep, no AWD emblem on an 02 X. Thankfully.

You gotta know what you are selling man! AWD is perhaps the biggest selling point of the car!

all 2.5l & 3.0l are AWD u dont need the AWD emblem to know that .only 2.1l is a not

If the buyer doesn't know that car only came in AWD, he's not worthy of driving it. So there.
