B2477 & U2008 in audio module?
I got a check engine light today and so I plugged in my LRII scanner and got the 2 codes, mentioned in the title above, in the audio module. I was a bit surprised that a problem with the audio module would give me a check engine light!
B2477 refers to a "control module configuration failure" and is persistent.
U2008 refers to "audio telephone not responding" and didn't come back after I cleared it.
Everything seems to be working fine in the car, from what I can gather, and I don't have any faults in any other module, which is a bit surprising because I had a "TCM communication fault" for months and it's not there anymore. Seems like the car always likes to have some minor fault that never really affects anything! The car seems to be a bit of a hypochondriac..
I think I read somewhere to check the optical connections for a problem like this, or the "rear control module", but I'm not sure if I have these, I don't have an amp or a CD changer or touchscreen GPS or anything. Just the basic factory CD stereo.
Is the audio module maybe part of some other functions that would warrant the car putting up the check engine light?
I recently adjusted the rear door hinges, cleaned around the boot/number plate/took out the jack, and detached the seat belt from the driver's seat to remove a twist in it, but I don't see how that could have affected anything unless I moved a wire that was partly broken or something..
Thoughts? I don't want to be having a check engine light constantly on for something stupid when it might really want to warn me about something in the future and I pay no attention to it!

Nice one. the first fault code, regarding the GECM on second page here, sounds the closest to the fault I'm getting. I'll give some of those systems a look over tomorrow.
The automatic wipers did seem a bit erratic alright today, but they're not always 100% accurate anyway, and it was raining/not raining so I put it down to them just not knowing what was going on.
Thanks..
