Default bad coils?

hi guys, i have an 04 xtype 3.0 thats throwing codes from coil 'c' and coil 'f'. would coil 'c' be for cylinder 3 and coil 'f' cylinder 6? i changed all 6 coils and plugs a little over a year ago but with the info given from my MIL seems like one or two of them have gone bad again. The car is running with a slight hesitation like a "half cylinder" misfire etc. Also i have already changed imt valve o rings, brake booster hose and pcv hose looked like new. Thanks in advance for any help and advice, after 5 years of ownership i'm getting tired of constantly fixing something on this car.

rxsnyde, odds are, you have some oil in those two cylinders and that is causing your misfire. Not uncommon for the car to develop this sort of problem. I could say to access cylinder 6 (front side of engine, cylinder nearest the battery) and see what you find in the plug well and also pull out the plug to see what it looks like. It should have a light gray appearance. If it doesn't look that way, then I would say to look on the internet and you can find all sorts of color charts that can tell you what is the basic symptom based on what the plug looks like. Probably not a bad idea to also check the gap to make sure that it is proper. Odds are, what is going on with cylinder 6 is going on with #3.
